MATTPANEL

The Mattpanel is a group of fun people who get together to talk about "Sucker."

We debate whether Justin should be with Kevin, AJ, or Dan.

We chat about Backstreet's nefarious plots.

We gossip about Lance.

We criticize Jacob.

We duck whenever we see Brian.

Some of it's grand literary discussion.

Most of it's gossip, speculation, and, "Oh, yeah, I know exactly what you mean!  You felt that way, too?  When he said that, I thought he'd lose it!"

"Sucker" has fifteen people, twenty relationships, and a million plotlines.

There's a lot happening, and I want to talk about it!

I don't want major plot points to pass by without examination,

and I don't want you to miss anything.

The discussion is ongoing.

Once a week, just to bring up new points, I send out a questionnaire of sorts.

It's about five questions long.  You can send your answers directly to me at matthew@matthewtime.com, or post them to the group to share your reactions.

(Mattpanel discussions can cover any and all topics relating to "Sucker."

The questionnaire is simply designed to get things moving.)

I spent many years as a dedicated lurker on-line, so I understand if you'd like to lurk.

But you can't lurk on the Mattpanel.

Sorry.

You're encouraged to join the discussions, or at least send me your questionnaire answers.

If a month passes without us hearing from you, we'll ask you to participate.

I invite everyone to sign up and give the Mattpanel a try.

It doesn't have to be a huge commitment; just join in the discussions when you get a chance.

Your questionnaire answers can be one sentence long or ten pages; that's totally up to you.

Everyone is welcome to join.

Anyone who signs up and, later, says good-bye, will still be loved.  No worries.

Oh, yeah - - Mattpanelists will get a customized sig banner made exclusively by Diamond.

In your first Mattpanel post, tell us what you want to be called and who your favorite of the 15 guys is,

and you'll get a wonderful new sig banner.  I'm using mine on the Drewboard.

Join the Mattpanel!

To respect everyone's privacy, if you wish to hide your e-mail address from the group, you can.

According to Yahoo!: Members who hide their email address will not be able to post messages via email.

I guess that if you choose that option, you'll have to participate through the Yahoo! site.

The Mattpanel is for Mattpanelists only; non-members have no access to the messages,

so say whatever you'd like.  You're among friends.

Or, at least, fellow "Sucker" readers who understand how much you worry for Chris's mental health.
